Who You Are
You are a software developer with 7+ years of experience in web-based application design and development
You are a self-directed and results-oriented
You have very strong interpersonal skills
You are capable of participating in the design and development of significant new functionality in an agile environment
You thrive in a collaborative environment, and can also work independently when necessary
You have proven problem solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and an ability (and desire) to see the big picture
You take pride in what you do, appreciate elegant algorithms, and are passionate about technology
You enjoy picking up new technologies outside of the workplace, and are eager to share what you learn with others
What You Will Do
You will report to the Director of Development as part of the Engineering team working on the next generation Communispace web app
You will be actively engaged in the Agile/Scrum development model – participating in daily standup meetings, providing feedback in retrospectives, providing input in planning meetings and doing whatever is required (integration, design, coding, testing) to ensure that the team produces high-quality code, scripts, documentation, and deliverables.
Required Skills/Experience
You have a BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
You have 7+ years of experience developing web-based solutions
You are proficient with the .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, jQuery, SQL Server, JavaScript
