YOU
Have experience as a programmer and have worked from the ground up in developing a product that is engaging and value-add. You understand the bigger picture, have an entrepreneurial spirit, can communicate your thoughts, and work well in a team.
You understand the importance of the user experience and keeping people engaged in the service provided. Sparkite provides a mobile aftercare support platform to addiction treatment centers to help hold clients accountable to their recoveries, capture relapses, and increase referrals.
You are compassionate, energetic, understand the disease of addiction and creating something that is going to be helpful in holding people accountable to their recoveries and sobriety.
THE ROLE
As a founding member of the tech team, you’ll play a formative role in shaping the tech function at Sparkite. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work intimately with the team to bring the product to life and relentlessly iterate to improve it.
This is an extremely entrepreneurial position in a rapidly growing organization, and the depth of your work will be seen and directly used by hundreds of thousands of people. You’ll be highly cross-functional and work with us in establishing common goals and delivering best-in-class products for our clients and our team.
