Software Developer Enthusiasts

I have been wanting to build my companies endeavours into the simulation domain. This has actually been a goal of mine since the early 90s. Because of circumstances and just the way things go I could not get anything going in this realm.

So what I'm looking for are people who also want to get into this domain. I would be specifically looking into the gaming industry initially as I feel there is good opportunities there.

In general this is a means to build up my company. The difficult part is that I have no access to funding to get this off the ground (and yes I have looked). My wish is to find people who can dedicate time to this endeavour and be willing to accept part ownership in my company as compensation. I do also want to have salary based compensation but can't offer that initially. I do have another product that I have been developing for the past 10 years and I do feel it has good potential and when I get that off the ground there will be direct monetary compensation.

So if you are a person who can participate in this manner let me know. If I get enough people involved then I believe progress can be rapid.

I would like to have people who are new to the software development industry and would prefer people with university level education (computer science/software engineering etc..).

People entering the industry probably would be ideal as they may be more enthusiastic and wanting to make their name.

Once the initial phases are completed then want to move into the pure simulation domain, which is my main goal. This is a system I envisioned that will be able to simulate any concept you can think of using extremely advanced model definition concepts.
