Full Stack Engineer With Growing Healthcare Startup*

CareTree is looking for a full stack developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a small, creative team  dedicated to creating innovative applications within the health care space. The developer will be responsible for implementing front-end to back-end solutions utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and MySQL. Other responsibilities include: maintaining best practices and coding standards; pull-request based peer reviews; application build process and deployment; contribute to product development road map; ability to self manage and self motivate; strong desire to deliver the best solutions possible and grow the CareTree suite of product offerings; demonstrate attention to detail and pride in your work.

Qualifications

2 - 5 years experience in developing web applications

Fluency in PHP 5+

Strong understanding of JavaScript, JQuery

Strong understanding of AJAX, JSON, XML

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS

Strong understanding of Git

Working knowledge of server side application configurations

Working knowledge of MySQL

Working knowledge of object oriented design principles

Experience with the Agile process/methodology

Nice To Have

Working knowledge Laravel 4.2 +

Fluency in MySQL

Working knowledge of Linux

Working knowledge of database design principles

Working knowledge of iOS/Android (C++, Java)
