Job description
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to join us at Nvoi. You will be joining an engineering team with a mission to change the way we work.

- Drive software quality and architectural improvements.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and subject matter experts.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Intimate familiarity with agile software development.
- Grace under pressure.
- Object oriented and potentially, functional programming expertise.
- Expert knowledge of TDD, Refactoring, and what it takes to build clean codebases.
- Experience with:
- Ruby on Rails
- Front end frameworks like React and/or AngularJS
- CSS frameworks like Foundation
- PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery with cloud services like AWS (via services like EC2 and RDS)
- Interest in applying machine learning techniques.
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch and mobile platforms would be a bonus.
Salary range: AUD 80,000 to 120,000
