Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Setup development environment (installation/compilation/dependency resolution e.g., R, python, jupiter)
- Git configuration and support
- GitLab configuration and support
- Jenkins configuration and support
- Linux and networks administration, proactive monitoring, and configuration automation
- Python automation: implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
- AWS configuration
- Frequent interaction and coordination with support, development, and business management groups in other regions.

Skills & requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expert knowledge of Linux and Networks administration, bash scripting, Perl scripts and modules; strong Python skills.
- Git

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under time pressure, multitask, investigate and problem-solving
- Good English reading and writing skills; good speaking skills are a plus.

You will be responsible for developing and supporting the infrastructure for a team of 15 engineers working to meet the needs of global banks and hedge funds. The ideal candidate is a problem solver willing to take initiatives and deliver complete solutions in a fast-paced environment.
