The Institute for Health and Welfare (Terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin laitos) seeks a motivated scrum master to get the best out of our project development teams. Depending on the skills and interest of the candidate the job may include more focus on either architecture or development in addition to the core responsibilities of a scrum master.
Our Information Systems unit has 35 employees working in software development and information management. Our software development is based on agile principles and we emphasize openness of documentation and products. The unit currently has two product development teams that include a scrum master, UX specialist and 3-4 developers. We're moving towards using a shared scrum master for the teams.
The unit has high employee satisfaction (over 4/5) and getting better each year.
