Job description
The successful candidate will have the ability to think fast, be accurate, open minded and have a good imagination. We seek an individual with dedication, a strong work ethic, with flexibility, and ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills.
They will have the ability to examine and rapidly understand the existing in house code and documentation, maintain and update existing systems and develop new systems adhering to the in-house style guidelines.
They will have strong customer facing skills and take initiative and gather requirements on an ongoing basis, understand customer's needs, whilst steering towards best practices, creating reusable solutions.
They will take a lead in managing project timelines and complete them within given schedules and be able to use initiative to manage time effectively along with handling urgent support and upgrade issues, as and when they may arise.
