Job description
What are we looking for?
- Someone who can implement modern, responsive and accessible designs in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Someone who understands and can apply the core principles of programming
- Understands and can apply core design principles around typography, colour and layout
- Someone familiar with the agile development process
Required Skills
- HTML
- CSS/SCSS
- Javascript, jQuery
- Git Version Control
- Confident with the command line and build tools such as Gulp
Not Required, but awesome
- PHP / WordPress experience
- Ruby on Rails experience
- Experience implementing pattern libraries
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with front-end Javascript frameworks like React and Vue.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and implementing front-ends for web apps and websites
- Helping scope projects and developing proposals
- Liaising with partners
- Collaborating and sharing ideas with the rest of the design and development team
