* Expertise working with AJAX, REST/SOA, XSLT, JSP/JSTL
* Proven track record developing highly usable and innovative web-based applications
* Deep understanding of web-based design and the implications of dynamic interface design
* Nice to have experience in 3rd-party Integerations like Zoho, SugarCRM, CapsuleCRM, FacebookApps, GoogleApps.
Following would be a plus:

* Java programming
* Handling of large-scale MySQL databases.
* Linux server handling.
