Job description

Your Tasks

  • Development of data-intensive and high-traffic backend applications with Python and Java
  • Developing our ETL track processing 2 TB data a day
  • Further development of our reporting system in ADITION adserving
  • Working hand-in-hand with our DevOps team for releasing new functions (continuous integration)
  • Analyzing existing systems and their continuous improvement in teamwork

Your Skills

  • Final degree in computer science or equivalent education
  • Experience with at least one JVM programming language, ideally Clojure
  • Well-versed in using the linux shell
  • Ideally Experience with NoSQL (Aerospike, Cassandra or HBase), real-time data processing (Storm, Spark) or MySQL
  • Teamplayer, strong communication skills and curiosity
