Technical Product Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Shape and advance the foundations of our technology platform to enable significant growth
• Own the vision and the strategy of our platform products in close alignment with company goals and overall product strategy
• Drive improvements to core modules like payments, trading, financial instrument data or data reconciliation
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure scalability, reliability & security of our products
• Collaborate with peer product owners on the customer experience side to understand their requirements and manage platform dependencies
• Own the product development process end-to-end and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, especially our inhouse engineering teams
• Coordinate resources, create timelines and manage dependencies across teams to ensure the best delivery

Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or another related field
• A deep technical understanding and experience in building highly scalable & reliable technology platforms
• Experience in agile product development, ideally in a cloud-native, microservice based environment
• Prior experience as a backend developer in the financial services field is a plus
• A solid understanding of our backend technologies, specifically Java, SQL and AWS
• A hands-on mentality: from idea to execution, you can contribute to architecture discussions, make trade-off decisions during the development process, and manage the release process with the developers
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder, or executive
• Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
