Möchten Sie Teil unseres Teams werden? Dann starten Sie zum 01.10.2022 Ihre Duales Studium (Bachelor of Science) der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik (m/w/d) in Kooperation mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Karlsruhe.

Das weckt Ihr Interesse:

  • optimale Verzahnung der Theorie an der DHBW und der Praxis in der L-Bank
  • Einblick in die IT-Bereiche der L-Bank
  • Kennenlernen der Schnittstellen zwischen der IT und den banktypischen Fachbereichen
  • Einblick in ausgewählten banktypischen Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten

  • Begeisterung für betriebswirtschaftliche und IT-spezifische Themen

Eine wichtige Säule ist unser eigener IT-Bereich mit 200 Mitarbeiter*innen, einem eigenen Rechenzentrum und Betrieb sowie agilem Mindset und Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum und Kanban.

Wir betreiben und entwickeln Standardsoftware und eigenentwickelte IT-Lösungen für unsere Fachabteilungen. Dies beginnt bei der Antragserfassung/-prüfung, Verbuchung, Einbindung von externen Sachverständigen und geht bis zur Berichterstattung an Land, Bund und EU. Eine Stärke bei uns ist die eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung in selbstorganisierten Teams, begleitet von kurzen Wegen zu den Endanwendern in den Fachabteilungen. An unserer größten Java-Webanwendung arbeiten drei Entwicklungsteams in einem skalierten Umfeld (Less).
