Möchtest Du Teil unseres Teams in Karlsruhe werden? Dann bring Deine Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement / Product Support bei uns ein.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du wirkst bei der Wertfestlegung des Produkts sowie der Erstellung und Pflege des Product Backlogs mit
  • Du leistest einen essentiellen Beitrag bei der Bewertung, Planung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Beratung der Stakeholder aus den verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Kunden bei der Überführung ihrer fachlichen Prozesse in die IT-Anwendung
  • Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung und Verfeinerung der Anforderungen mit dem Entwicklungsteam mit
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzepten und Prozessbeschreibungen

Du arbeitest hierbei eng mit dem Product Owner und dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen.

Weiterhin vertrittst Du den Product Owner bei Abwesenheit.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder zeichnest dich durch eine hohe IT-Affinität aus
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement; bevorzugt im agilen Umfeld und im Bereich Banken
  • Du verstehst dich als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichkeit und technischer Umsetzung
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Confluence und Jira
  • Du besitzt idealerweise Erfahrung in der Derivateabwicklung
  • Du zeichnest dich durch strukturiertes Vorgehen und verständliche Aufbereitung von Sachverhalten aus
  • Du denkst analytisch und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du bringst die Fähigkeit lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten mit und bist kommunikationsstark
