Job description
We are looking for a Game Designer to work with the various teams inside the studio consisting of producers, developers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians and quality assurance to deliver high quality slot games to the market.
You'll be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the slot games produced.
You will also deliver game design while guiding implementation with an eye for player engagement, retention and monetization.
What you will need to succeed?
- 3+ years designing game mechanics and mathematics for casino games
- Extensive knowledge of real money or social casino games and player psychology
- Ability to receive and offer constructive feedback to iterate and improve upon content and features
- Knowledge of game development processes
- Ability to break down business requirements and translate a product vision to the team
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
