The platforms include a fully responsive website (to work on desktop,tablet, and mobile) as well as an accompanying Facebook widget. We use Node/Express with a MySQL backend. MySQL provides the underlying data structure while Redis is used for session and for quick access of simple data structures when needed. Balanced Payments will be used for payments and cash outs. jQuery, Underscore, UIkit and LESS are the primary front end technologies. Given that the code is in node, all the programming is asynchronous(callback/event based). As far as the structure of the code, we use a custom version of express setup MVC style.
