IT Director VP- up to $200k + bonus

Are you a Software Development Manager ready for the next step?  CNI Recruiting has an outstanding IT Director or VP position available for an “A” Performer who is a Java expert and currently codes Java projects.  Our Client is an innovative healthcare software vendor experiencing rapid growth.  This position is responsible for leading a large Software Development team and managing major software development projects.   Compensation and benefits are competitive+.   

Requirements include: 5+ years experience in architecture and technical strategy.  Full life-cycle J2EE application development.  Expert level in object-oriented programming using Java, JDBC, Servlet, JSP, Web Services, etc.  Deep technical understanding of complex, high performance, multi-tier customer facing web applications.  Solid PL/SQL skills.  Experience in Oracle 9i or above.  Effective verbal and written communication skills.
