Ruby Engineer

We are looking for a Ruby Engineer that gets excited over elegant solutions to complex problems. In this position you will be working directly with the CTO and CEO implementing new product features, from integrating external API’s and making our current product features more robust to building out and testing the Kit API. We believe in small frequent deploys, with as needed code reviews and white boarding sessions to make sure we are building the most re-usable and extendable application possible. Our developer speed is our greatest asset. We move fast and don’t break things. You will own everything you build, being responsible for architecture decisions, errors, and scaling your solution to meet customer demand. All product decisions come from monitoring customer usage of Kit to ensure we are always building what the customer wants and not what we think they want. If you’re an engineer that can join us and hit the ground running then this job is for you. Requirements:

• 3+ years professional Ruby and Ruby on Rails experience.
• PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Git, RSpec, and Capybara.
• Can integrate External API's.
• Familiar with Delayed Jobs and Cron.
