Programmer needed to build video streaming membership site

Dear talented programmers,

I am currently running an online cinema where users can register, watch and download movies, based on a monthly or yearly membership.

I made the site myself with a mix of Wordpress, S3, JW Player, and S2 member, but now the site is growing fast and I need a proper set up to ensure security and speed to my users.

That's where YOU come in.

I need a programmer in Berlin, who can give me a quote for this project and can build it from scratch within two or three months. The idea is to have the same website but with my own system instead of a shaky set up which I might not be able to hold by myself.

The main features are:

- Membership system with free and premium levels

- Integration with Epoch payment processor (they provide files and docs) and handling cancellations.

- Fast streaming and download, with SD and HD resolutions, playable on all devices

- Emailing users with registration info and lost password link

- Admin interface for handling content and users

I can send you the total list of features needed and all the information about the site, hosting etc by email.

Of course the job can be done from your own home but it would be good to meet in person a few times before and during the process, which is why I'm looking for someone based in Berlin.

Programming, php, frameworks, a little bit of sysadmin so that the site agrees well with my hosting, AWS S3 and Cloudfront.
