As a Software Engineer on the AdMarvel team you will:

• Maintain and implement new features for the Opera Mediaworks Studio product which is used by publishers and advertisers to create rich media and video creative for mobile ads
• Make improvements on the AdMarvel Campaign Platform, a web-based dashboard interface for all advertising operations including performance metrics, campaign sourcing, management and optimization
• Function as a member of the Core Engineering team, maintaining the entire Opera Mediaworks delivery platform. This includes troubleshooting and debugging ad delivery issues on Android and iOS
• Work on the revenue mining system and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on revenue scraping failures.
• Interact with cross-functional and international teams for issue resolution

Requirements

Qualified candidates will:

• Have an academic background in Computer Science
• Have 3-4 years of programming experience with PHP and MySQL
• Be familiar/experienced with front-end development – HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Have previous experience working with geographically disbursed teams
• Be familiar/experience with Amazon Cloud infrastructure
• Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
