Daily grinders need not apply at Direct Supply. Our unique – and fun – environment allows our engineers to be agile enough to work on a variety of projects whose impact and results we get to see every day. As owners in the company, we treat each other with respect as such – no matter your experience level. That’s because we realize that we all benefit in the end from the solutions we help create.

Along with our main campus, we’re actively investing in technology for the future, including a new 55,000 sq. ft. Innovation & Technology Center in downtown Milwaukee. There, we partner with Milwaukee School of Engineering, startups and a variety of forward thinkers to test, vet and develop new solutions that improve the industry. Projects revolve around Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things and other technology-based solutions. And in North Carolina, a team of software engineers operate a tech lab, where we have access to collaborate with those in the fast-paced Research Triangle area.
