How to get all value in sortable jquery?

My question is how to get all value under listOrder_ id with serialize?

I have try like

var value = $('input[name="value"]').val();

$.(value).sortable("serialize");

but can't get it work, please help me

You don't need to use a form and hidden fields.

Sample Markup:

<div id="container">
    <span data-name="a"></span>
    <span data-name="b"></span>
    <span data-name="c"></span>
  </div>

Script:

<script>
var obj = {};
$('#container span').each(function(index){
    var name = $(this).data('name');
    obj[index] = [];
    obj[index] = {'name' : name};
});
</script>

$.post('update.php', {'data' : obj}); //update list

If you only want to store one type of data in each row then you can just use an array and push to it in the loop.
