I need to dynamically print out text from a text box. that is loaded from a mysql.

Delegate the event.

Instead of

$(".thoughts_box").blur(function()

try

$(document).on("blur", ".thoughts_box", function()

or better

$('table').on("blur", ".thoughts_box", function()
