I'm new to this java script and xsl. We are using .js which converts the .csv file into xml making use of xsl in .js code.

It is creating a lot of performance issues and it doesn't create any xml files for some of the .csv files. Any help will be really appreciated.

I don't know how to attach my .csv file. But this the code is there any way i can make it better ??? Please share your ideas.

This code:

<xsl:for-each select="//Document/RawXMLRow[not(RebateInvoiceID=preceding- 
             sibling::RawXMLRow/RebateInvoiceID)]">

which appears repeatedly, is a very inefficient way of doing grouping (or elimination of duplicates) - performance is quadratic in the number of rows in the data. Assuming you are stuck with XSLT 1.0, take a look at Muenchian grouping using keys.

Hi Micheal ... Thanks for the Reply. I had checked online for Muenchian grouping using keys but most of the examples which are explained has an input xml file. My input file is .csv –  user1371259 May 4 '12 at 0:06
