We are looking for a Collaboration/Project Management product to meet the below outlined features. The current products are being used in our environment is BaseCamp and http://www.sharefile.com. Both Basecamp and Sharefiles are cloud solutions. The new product that we are looking for should minimum satisfy Basecamp features.

Create a New Project Central place to manage users (Users refers to both in-house employees and outside contractors) Add Users to a Project from Central place or via invitation Remove Users from a project Adding Folders and Documents to project [ Uploading multiple files at once is plus] Tagging a Document and Folders Search functionality inside each project to search a document or folder [ Full text search on Document is plus ] Permission can be set on folder level or document level on each project to restrict users only to view files. Document Revision History including Audit trail is plus
