I have a custom DAO generator that I'm using in my work for a current project. For the next project I'm thinking using Spring 3.1 because the features. My question is: ¿Will the DAOs generated with my app still work well in a Spring environment? or i must use change it for using JdbcTemplates. I paste a sample of a DAO.

Spring rarely, if ever, requires you to do things a certain way. That DAO, while terrifying to read, will work as well in a Spring app as it will anywhere else. Naturally, you're not going to get any of the advantages that Spring's JDBC support offers.
