In excel file in order to filter I am doing CTL + D + F and then I am filtering all the failed ones and copying those into another csv file.

I am doing all these manually and I have to do several times in a day such work. It's so boring to do such work.

I want to write a macro to make this work automated. Please support me in this issue..

What does CTL + D + F do? Also how do you want us to help? You said you want to write a macro... So what have you tried? Where are you stuck? –  Siddharth Rout Jun 11 '12 at 7:03
CTL + D + F is the shortcut key for filtering in excel file .ie under data menu there is filter option in dat .I have not started yet . i am asking how to start this work. –  Krishna Yadav Jun 11 '12 at 7:17
Hmm, I have never used CTL + D + F It doesn't do anything for me. I am aware fo CTL + SHIFT + L though. Select you data which you want to filter and then press CTL + SHIFT + L. See what happens :) –  Siddharth Rout Jun 11 '12 at 7:35
