I am attempting to create a WCF dotnet service secured using a STS IssuedToken. STS is secured by X509.

Following is the configuration of relying party and I am using custom binding. Do I need to add identity within the issuer in custombinding?

Is my behaviour configuration right? Please help.

I am creating a metro-java client and accessing the service. I get <ExceptionString>System.Xml.XmlException: The body of the message cannot be read because it is empty.</ExceptionString> in .net service log. But I assumed it could be because of improper .net config. The java client is autogenerated using the wsdl provided by the service. –  Joseph Kulandai Jun 11 '12 at 11:16

I would start by adding some tracing to the server, this might help you figure out what is going wrong.

Add this to your server app config:

The exception says that the message body is empty. The client is autogenerated using wsdl and the lines of code written is just 4 to 5. Request message creation, encoding etc is done by underlying framework (metro). I coded the .net service configuration and I am new to .net I suspect, I might have done some mistake with dotnet service than the client. Thanks. –  Joseph Kulandai Jun 11 '12 at 13:59
    
In wsdl generated by service, I see sp:Trust10 xmlns:sp="schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/07/securitypolicy">; in policy. I am using Trust1.3 version in client side. How do I change Trust version from 1.0 to 1.3 in dotnet server side? –  Joseph Kulandai Jun 11 '12 at 14:30
