I have gotten pretty far in writting this Macros but have hit the wall as they say and cannot seem to find a solution and I've ran out of ideas.

We are using a system that exports search reports and each exports depends on the amount of keywords and variations used.

My current issue is selecting multiple cells (unknown total number) until it hits a cell containing a keyword, so all selected cells until that point should be copied to another spreadsheet, but this needs to be done a couple of times depending on the amount of times the keyword apears.

Since new users cannot upload pictures: (I need to copy cells starting from Keyword, Documents until the next cells containg Keyword, Documents)

Variations searched for:    
notice (stemmed):   notices,notice
period (stemmed):   periods,period

Not searched for:

So far I have been getting to the point where I select a specific number of cells to copy. Example below:

"notice period"     444

However I would like to include the cells that contain "Variations searched for" and "Not searched for". Basically from where the first Keyword, Documents starts to the next, I want to select that block of cells. I cannot use specific column or row Range as the specific location or block range can change from report to report.

rather than hopping back and forth between sheets. Had you thought of perhaps building a single string with vbTabs and vbCrLfs and paste the result in one go to the target? Or is the formatting not determinable afterwards? –  datatoo Jun 14 '12 at 17:37
    
Can you post a sample workbook, or a screenshot of the data. I have some ideas for you, but it's hard to really help without that sample data in workbook format. –  Scott Holtzman Jun 14 '12 at 19:27
