I am using the following code to Draw over an image. All the touch delegates are working, but the drawing is not rendered over the UIImage. Here is the code. I am not able to identify the issue. Thanks in advance.

It's very simple. You need to do all your drawing in drawRect: and you're only drawing the image in drawRect:, so that's why you only see the image.

Dear Warif, I did as you said. But still I am getting the same error "<Error>: CGContextSetBlendMode: invalid context 0x0" as I am getting before. If I don't add the image in drawRect method and instead I use the following code CGImageRef cgImage = CGBitmapContextCreateImage(offScreenBuffer); UIImage *uiImage = [[UIImage alloc] initWithCGImage:cgImage]; CGImageRelease(cgImage); [uiImage drawInRect:self.bounds]; [uiImage release]; I will be able to draw over an UIView. But I am trying to draw over the image and save it on photo library of device. Please help me. – sree_iphonedev Jun 20 '12 at 5:12
    
Answer edited. Mutable-arrays won't match with your code. see how CGContextAddLineToPoint in the loop. I didn"t need CGContextSetBlendMode. – Warif Akhand Rishi Jun 20 '12 at 15:45
