This is my code:

As you can see the texture with the hair is transparent. Any suggestions on what i could do?

Please better explain your question. The hair texture on her shirt? What is it supposed to look like? –  Tim Jun 28 '12 at 15:37

Somehow this worked for me:

 gl.glEnable(GL10.GL_BLEND); 
 gl.glEnable(GL10.GL_TEXTURE_2D); 
 gl.glBlendFunc(GL10.GL_SRC_ALPHA, GL10.GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA); 
 gl.glShadeModel(GL10.GL_FLAT); 
 gl.glColor4f(1.0f, 1.0f, 1.0f, 2.0f);
