I'm trying to implement this d3.js graph, http://mbostock.github.com/d3/ex/stack.html, however it is throwing the following error: 'Error: Invalid value for rect attribute y="NaN"' and 'Error: Invalid value for rect attribute height="NaN"'. I have narrowed the issue down to the methods transitionStack and transitionGroup, and their attributes height and y. If anybody has come across this issue I would love to hear your solutions to the problem. Also, it should be noted that this error only occurs in the chrome developer tool, and is not present in the Safari developer tool. The graph also works perfectly, so this could just be an issue with the chrome console not registering something.

I've solved the problem. Turns out that my JSON response was not what I was expecting...
