Is (translating+drawing+translating opposite direction) worse than (pushing+translating+drawing+popping) ? Im using for the first way for a single sphere, which could be better for many spheres? – huseyin tugrul buyukisik Aug 17 '13 at 14:38
    
It is a lot cleaner and safer if you use push/pop matrix. – Romejanic Aug 29 '15 at 11:00
