I'm getting the following error in a Java/Tomcat Application.

Tried changing security policies files inside java JRM and JDK, still the same...

Any suggestions? Funny thing is, that this code works fine in a CentOS machine... This one has Ubuntu.

You will need unlimited strength crypto. Note that I only fixed the many programming mistakes, actually performed the hashing, actually wrote the resulting cipher text to the stream and used CBC mode with a random IV.

Added these libraries: import javax.crypto.*; import javax.crypto.spec.*; import java.security.*; and actually worked! thanks my friend! –  jacktrades Jul 23 '12 at 23:54
