I've been scouring all of the topics relating to my problem but I can't seem to find a solution. In my app, I have a .h file that holds the information to build a library of "Lesson" objects (just a collection of strings and NSNumbers). When I only have one object, it seems to work fine but when I add a second object I get the above error.

I threw in some breakpoints and it seems I get through my viewDidLoad method but somewhere between the end of that method and where my tableView methods start, I am getting that error. I've posted the code for the view controller below. If you need any other info, just let me know. Thanks in advance :)

It is indeed against the rules to add or remove objects from a mutable array during fast enumeration. In this case, lesson objects are being removed from the array, causing the enumeration to become invalid.

In viewWillAppear, take

for (Lesson *lesson in purchasedLessons) {
    [purchasedLessons removeObject:lesson];
}

and instead, try

[purchasedLessons removeAllObjects];

If, for some reason, you do need to remove them one at a time, you could try

while(purchasedLessons.count > 0) {
    [purchasedLesson removeLastObject];        
}
