Before I moving Magento to server, 'Contact Us Form' allow user sending email to us by clicking submit button. But after moving Magento to server, the email can not be send out by clicking submit button.

So just wondering if there is something wrong on the email setting. On the Magento admin panel-> System->Configuration->System->Email sending setting

I put the following setting (see attachment):

Host: www.website-address.co.uk

Port (25): 80 enter image description here

Can anyone help me?

Usually the Magento email configuration settings for Host and Port you are showing in your screenshot are only valid for Windows servers, but not for Linux servers. –  Jürgen Thelen Aug 7 '12 at 16:35
Furthermore it looks like your are using some custom email extension (SMTP Pro? Can't read it clearly). If so, you should edit your post and add which email extension you are using exactly. Maybe someone knows it and can help then. –  Jürgen Thelen Aug 7 '12 at 16:37
