I try introduced new method to class in spring framework using AOP proxy. But on the console i see class cast exeption.

I think you have got it the wrong way around, I tried the following and it works:

@Aspect
@Component
public class MyAspect {

    @DeclareParents(defaultImpl = Guitar.class, value = "com.proxy.SpookerImp")
    private Performer guitar;

}

and the test with this:

Spoker spoker = (Spoker)context.getBean("SpokerImp");
spoker.spook();
((Performer)spoker).perform();

See above I am casting spoker to a Performer. That is what the DeclareParents indicates, for implementations of SpokerImpl(the one in value), declare Performer as a parent with the implementation in Guitar.
