My test failes when use @OneToMany or @ManyToOne relationships.

What can be the reason? I tried changing FetchType but it didn't work for me.

you have two options in the test:

  • Make a flush to update the parent entity (before "Assert.assertEquals (.." add "session.flush()")
  • Add the children directly by the parent entity (contact.getTelephoneNumbers().Add(entity)), with cascade, automatically relate.
