If my entire code is in a single method, my application works fine. But when it is in different method, executed at different time, then InvalidCipherTextException: Data hash wrong occurs. I guess this error may be because of padding, but not sure.

Function to encrypt the data (public Key is in Certificate):

pkcs11 - what is it? If it something static with internal state, in multi-thread enviroment it can work with errors. And please post stacktrace, we should know where exactry error occured. –  user1516873 Sep 5 '12 at 12:19
