The code is stucked at fmt.Println("enq = ", t) but i don't know why, it's so weird.

deQueue is looping infinitely on the fail case, which is blocking the CPU. Goroutines don't yield while doing CPU work. GOMAXPROCS needs to be >= 2 to get CPU parallelism.

I think the dequeue goroutines are running constantly, trying to dequeue from an empty queue, while the enqueue goroutines are starved. Perhaps try making the dequeue blocking to give the enqueue a chance to run? If this isn't just for educational value I'd just use channels.
