How would I be able to send data to server from client in a multi threaded Qt program in a particular interval of time sequentially?

I have written this code on the client side to read all data from file and send 2048b data to server just once, and then the program stops. But I want to read, say, 512b of data from a file and send it to the server, then again I want to read the next 512b data from file and send it to server and so on sequentially..

Using this code server is always on to accept data.
But side is not able to send data accordingly..
Can Any one please help ..
i have tried a lot but i am not able to do it..

I think you should emit disconnected() signal from client after first set of data is sent. So that socket will stop functioning. Then for Next set of data, again connect to socket send your data and emit disconnected() signal again. Hope this work for you. –  skg Sep 12 '12 at 23:53
    
Also In Mythread.cpp, connect readyRead() signal from client to socket slot, so that whenever the client is ready to send data then only server should read it. –  skg Sep 13 '12 at 0:04
