I have a console program that needs read the window messages, but since can not be subclassed a window that belongs to another process, how to create a new console window?

I have tried to use AllocConsole but it shows the error: "Access is denied"

I see no reason in your Q for subclassing console(?) window. And, no reason for creating new console window. Thought, you had asked wrong question. –  Maximus Sep 16 '12 at 20:42

From the MSDN documentation for AllocConsole:

A process can be associated with only one console, so the AllocConsole function fails if the calling process already has a console. A process can use the FreeConsole function to detach itself from its current console, then it can call AllocConsole to create a new console or AttachConsole to attach to another console.

So you need to call FreeConsole before calling AllocConsole.

You should always check for errors when calling Win32 API functions. Also, why doesn't FindConsoleHandle just use GetConsoleWindow instead of mucking about with the window title and the undocumented FindWindowByCaption? Finally, because this code doesn't call FreeConsole before calling AllocConsole it won't actually solve the OPs problem. –  Harry Johnston Sep 16 '12 at 20:19
