i want to use the DATEPICKER control in my metro application , but it seems there is no datepicker control available in c#/xaml metro application ,

So have any one of you found a work around for this ?

Please let me know ,

There is a DatePicker available from Telerik. But it is not free.

I found this from a private solution on codeplex and I sincerely apologize to whomever owns the link ... but you can create a control with the following code:

Now there is a DatePicker control for windwos store apps provided by microsoft. It comes with windows 8.1.
