I am trying to build this:

Without the killswitch and debugmode on the code looks like this:

I always get the error:

Cannot find anything named "OUTPUT".

What am I doing wrong?

This is because you are running the code in Processing and you need to compile it and upload it to your Arduino using the Arduino IDE. This is a pretty common mistake because the two IDEs look identical because the Arduino IDE is based on the Processing one.

You can download the Arduino IDE on the Arduino Website.
