I would like to know how do i take a list of defect numbers that are saved in a excel as an input and send a mail to the reporter via outlook who ever has raised defects.

The list of defect numbers would in one column and list of reporter names or ids will be in second column.

I need to send mail to the reporters on daily basis corresponding to the defects raised by them.
