I have an xts object, perform a regression on it, extract the t value of the slope coefficient for each column, and then rollapply over 5 period intervals. For some reason, however, the date/time index value changes from POSIXct to a second-based timestamp after the rollapply. I need it to either not change or change it back to POSIXct...any thoughts?

Thanks. It still works for me even if I install xts_0.8-6 and zoo_1.7-7... maybe try re-installing the packages? –  Joshua Ulrich Nov 15 '12 at 2:25

Works for me too. What is str(r) at the end? And what timezone are you using? Do you get the same results if you do Sys.setenv(TZ = "UTC") at the start of the script? BTW, I have the same values as you except for the last line, where they are totally different. E.g. the final value for EEM is -1.788977 not -1.278702. –  Darren Cook Nov 15 '12 at 6:39
