I had implemented multiple alarm functionality using sqlite database. Every thing worked fine when I tested my dummy app. But, when I integrated in in the main project,the alarm worked only when it was either daily alarm or one time alarm. The alarm receiver never called when I set it for specific day for e.g., Monday, while same thing is working fine in dummy app. Even, I tried with defining action for the receiver and setting android:enabled="true" and android:exported="false". But, it didn't made any change. The worst thing is there is no logcat detail and I am not getting where is the problem.

You may need to set timer again at reboot... may be in case of your dummy app you are not testing it with a task killer or reboot...

register for reboot events and set the timers again.

I had already implemented boot receiver in my app and it working as well. How, I am testing my app, is I am changing date and time of device. Does this create any problem? –  Nitish Dec 11 '12 at 9:38
    
Changing times shouldn't effect.. though I never change time.. instead i create short duration timers to check my code. For change of Data, i m not sure what are you changing. –  Umair Dec 20 '12 at 14:19
