I have to prepare adjacency matrix from this dataset for preparing a network.

Getting your data set into R the way you have it displayed is a pain. I suggest you put it in a form that can be reproduced easy using dput. This is a pretty easy topic to get help with using a bit of searching here: [r] adjacency or with google dataframe adjacency matrix r –  Tyler Rinker Dec 13 '12 at 13:18

Your data set is confusing to some extent as I'm not sure if you want all columns. So I'll give you an example of creating an adjacency matrix from my blog: trinkerrstuff.wordpress.com/2012/06/29/…. I'd suggest a smaller example data set, that may be way you haven't had a response. –  Tyler Rinker Dec 14 '12 at 1:56
