I'm trying to OpenCL render into OpenGL 256x256 texture.
All compile right, but render only black screen:

If turn off texturing, it normally render white rectangle.

Try inserting a glColor4ub(255,255,255,255) before the glBegin(GL_QUADS), and check the status returned by CL calls. –  Eric Bainville Dec 17 '12 at 6:10

What hardware and drivers do you use? In my application image sharing still doesn't work on AMD hardware, I share textures via buffers. –  DikobrAz Dec 20 '12 at 11:32

Your image is GL_UNSIGNED_BYTE, but you're using write_imagef. Either switch to GL_FLOAT or write_imageui.
