I have written a small sample to illustrate the error I am getting. Please help how to deserialize this. I always assumed if I am able to serialize I should be able to deserialize as I am using out of the box functionality from CLR

I get following exception when I run this sample.

The specified type was not recognized: name='Sample', namespace='AppConsole_ChandraSandpit', at SampleBase xmlns='AppConsole_ChandraSandpit'>

Can use the following in a console to test
